InSpirit Mentoring
Love, Intimacy & Inner Growth
The Way You Love Has a Story.
Over time, our experiences, beliefs and longings, along with the ways we’ve learned to protect ourselves, shape how we open, how we hold back, and who we let close.
InSpirit Mentoring offers a personal space to explore these patterns with honesty, compassion and discernment.
Together, we may explore intimacy, vulnerability, boundaries, attachment, sexuality, relationship choices and the fears or expectations that keep us from relating more freely.
My intention is not to tell you how to live or whom to love, but to accompany you in discovering greater clarity, emotional maturity and integrity in the way you love and relate.
What We Can Explore Together
Love & Relationships
How can we deepen our capacity to love and receive love, allowing greater trust, tenderness and connection into our relationships?
Intimacy, Sensuality & Sexual Integrity
How can we embrace our sensuality and sexual desires with greater awareness, freedom and integrity, while remaining true to our values?
Softening, Trust & Emotional Maturity
How can we soften our need for control without losing ourselves, and cultivate emotionally mature relationships where trust, love and healthy boundaries coexist?
Faith & Spiritual Growth
How can our relationship with God deepen the way we love, relate and live, and how can we cultivate the fruit of the Holy Spirit in our daily lives?

How We Work Together
InSpirit Mentoring is particularly suited to adults who are curious about their own growth and wish to explore love, intimacy and relationships more consciously.
Through meaningful conversation, attentive listening and gentle inquiry, I support you in exploring what matters to you and discovering how new insights might translate into everyday choices.
There is room for tenderness, laughter, honest conversation and quiet moments of reflection.
You don't have to arrive with everything figured out. A genuine curiosity and willingness to explore are enough.
My role is to accompany your personal reflection, offer perspective and support you in making choices aligned with your values.
InSpirit Mentoring is not clinical counselling, couples therapy or sex therapy. If you're experiencing significant trauma-related distress, compulsive behaviour, severe anxiety or sexual difficulties requiring treatment, I may encourage you to seek appropriately qualified professional support.

Words from People
“My personal sessions with Dewi revealed a remarkable presence. I came to her with the hope of finding someone who could listen deeply and receive me without judgment. My journey had been long with many experiences. Another would have tired of it. Dewi did not. I found her to be solid in her capacity to be present and receive. Her love, compassion, and gentle support were always apparent and also... a current of fierceness where fear could not survive. I was grateful for all of it and all of her. Her deep spiritual life enriched our every meeting. I am forever grateful to have her in my life.”
“Working with Dewi has had a major effect on me. Not only did I reconnect with an important part of myself, my life as a whole has improved in so many ways! Especially the self reflection after each session has taught me a lot. Dewi managed, with lots of warmth, but also with surprise and confrontation, to gently and thoroughly, reach my blockages and innermost inhibitions. A very liberating experience, I’m very grateful to her, keep it up!”
“Dewi is a very kind person who listens deeply and attentively to what you share. After our session, I received clear insights about what we had explored together, along with helpful tips. She shows you how to connect with your deepest self and live more fully in the present moment. I really appreciated our time together.”
InSpirit — The Heart of My Work
The name InSpirit reflects the heart of my work: living and relating from a place of love, truth and connection with God, rather than from fear, conditioning or disconnection.
I believe in the presence and guidance of the Holy Spirit, and I invite that guidance into my mentoring sessions. Through prayer, Scripture and spiritual reflection, I seek to remain attentive to what God may be revealing. Prayer may also include speaking in tongues.
You do not need to share my beliefs to work with me. Spiritual practices are always an invitation, never an expectation, and we explore them only if you feel comfortable.
