Deep Rest, Embodied Aliveness & The Art of Softening

Your Body Is a Gift from God

Our bodies are so often places of effort, expectations and control. We push through exhaustion, suppress emotions, judge our appearance, or become so accustomed to doing and performing that we forget what it feels like to simply inhabit our bodies with ease and pleasure.

My bodywork offers an invitation to slow down, reconnect and begin relating to your body differently.

Whether you are longing for deep relaxation, nurturing touch, or a more natural connection with your sensuality and aliveness, our work is thoughtfully adapted to your needs.

Gentle nurturing touch

Deep Rest & Nurturing Touch

Intuitive massage and nurturing touch are generally gentle, warm and responsive, with firmer pressure where appropriate and agreed upon. Sessions take place fully clothed, with your comfort and boundaries always respected.

Sometimes what we need most is permission to stop doing, striving and holding everything together.

There is nothing you need to achieve. You are simply invited to rest, receive and allow yourself to be.

Conscious movement by the sea

Conscious Movement

Through conscious movement, gentle dance, breath and vocal expression, I invite you to explore your body's natural rhythms, sensations and aliveness.

This work offers an opportunity to move beyond how your body looks and rediscover how it feels to inhabit it.

There are no movements to perfect and no choreography to follow. We explore what arises naturally, allowing more freedom, sensuality, confidence and joy to emerge.

The Art of Softening

“Softening is not the destination. It is the doorway.”

Over the years, I've discovered that some of the most meaningful moments in my work happen when people begin to soften.

When we feel safe enough to relax, when the pressure to find answers begins to fall away, something within us can open.

We may become more aware of feelings we've pushed aside, patterns that keep repeating themselves, or needs we haven't fully recognised.

I've seen how a relaxed body can create space for a more honest conversation, and how simply feeling deeply heard can allow someone to see their situation differently.

To soften is to create enough space within ourselves to meet life more consciously, especially in difficult times.

I help you soften through stillness, gentle movement, body awareness, nurturing touch or vocal sound healing. At other times, it happens through conversation, reflection, prayer or simply allowing ourselves to be present with what is.

I don't follow a rigid formula. Every person is different, and every session unfolds in its own way.

Words from People

“Once again, I experienced the session as deeply nurturing, tender, connecting, and profound. It brought me back into contact with my body, full of flow—both physically and energetically. Dewi is one of the few therapists with whom I feel completely safe, allowing me to open up fully—to who I am and how I feel. Her approach is incredibly gentle, empathetic, and warm. I have never met anyone like her. I experienced a profound sense of inner transformation, something incredibly beautiful and enriching for my spiritual growth. Thank you Dewi for sharing your gifts with me.”
— Dirk V.
“Dewi has a loving warm presence. She connects with Spirit and starts from there in a very healing energy exchange. After the session it feels like I grew more into who I really am. She is aligned with Truth and brings it clearly when she feels it is the right thing to do.”
— Client reflection
“Dewi Ratna is a very warm and integer woman who guides you silently in your process. Her presence is fueled by a deep knowing, so one can trust and surrender in its own process. Thank you.”

Dewi Dance & Conscious Movement

Conscious movement and dance have been among my most cherished ways of expressing and experiencing life.

I love inviting others to rediscover that same freedom within themselves.

Not by learning to move in a particular way, or by trying to become more attractive, graceful or sensual for someone else.

But by becoming curious about how movement feels from within.
