InSpirit Mentoring

A space to soften, reconnect and explore what truly matters to you.

Life can bring moments when we feel disconnected from ourselves, our relationships or our faith. InSpirit Mentoring offers a peaceful space to slow down, reconnect and explore what matters most — through embodied awareness, honest conversation and spiritual reflection.

About My Work

I'm a body-focused mentor, relaxation therapist and solo retreat facilitator, with over 20 years of experience accompanying men and women through life's challenges and towards a deeper connection with themselves, their relationships and their faith.

My work brings together embodied practices, meaningful conversation, relational understanding and spiritual reflection, grounded in my Christian faith.

Rather than following a fixed method, I work intuitively and attentively with each person, drawing on different approaches according to their needs, intentions and circumstances.

What We Can Explore Together

Love, Relationships & Sexuality

Heartbreak, recurring relationship patterns, sexual integrity, attachment, boundaries, dating discernment and preparing for a committed relationship.

Life Challenges & Clarity

Difficult decisions, periods of uncertainty, emotional overwhelm and finding your way through change.

Body & Inner Connection

Reconnecting with your body, looking into healthy food and sleeping patterns, positive body image, recognising your needs and creating space for what you feel.

Faith & Spiritual Discernment

Deepening your relationship with God, exploring questions of faith and seeking clarity in how you live and love.

People come to me for many different reasons. Perhaps you are navigating a difficult relationship, moving through heartbreak, questioning familiar patterns, addictions or trying to understand why certain situations keep repeating themselves. You may be facing a period of uncertainty, longing for a deeper connection with yourself, or exploring questions about faith and the direction of your life. Whatever brings you here, we begin with your own experience, without needing to fit it into a particular category.

The Art of Softening

“Softening is not the destination. It is the doorway.”

Over the years, I’ve discovered that some of the most meaningful moments in my work happen when people begin to soften.

When we feel safe enough to relax, when the pressure to find answers begins to fall away, something within us can open.

We may become more aware of feelings we have pushed aside, patterns that keep repeating themselves, or needs we haven’t fully recognised.

I have seen how a relaxed body can create space for a more honest conversation. And how simply feeling deeply heard can allow someone to see their situation differently.

For me, softening is not about escaping life’s difficulties or remaining in a peaceful state.

It is about creating enough space within ourselves to meet life more consciously.

Sometimes this happens through stillness, gentle movement, body awareness or nurturing touch. Other times, it happens through conversation, reflection, prayer or simply allowing ourselves to be present with what is.

I don’t follow a rigid formula. Every person is different, and every session unfolds in its own way.

My approach has developed through more than twenty years of personal exploration, professional experience and training in body awareness, conscious movement, relaxation, emotional understanding and relational learning.

My studies in Social Pedagogical Assistance, including psychology, also gave me a foundation for understanding human development and the different challenges people face.

What continues to matter most to me is creating an atmosphere of trust, respect and genuine human connection.

What a Session Looks Like

Every session unfolds differently. These are gentle possibilities, not a fixed sequence.

  1. 01 · Arrive

We settle into a peaceful space, optionally inviting God’s presence. You can share what is alive in you, your intention and what you hope to explore.

  2. 02 · Soften

Through breath, stillness, gentle movement or nurturing touch in person, we create room to relax and listen inwardly.

  3. 03 · Explore

We make space for feelings, questions and recurring patterns with curiosity and without judgment.

  4. 04 · Discover

Through conversation and reflection, we consider what you are noticing and what it may mean for you.

  5. 05 · Integrate

We explore how your insights can support everyday choices, relationships, boundaries and faith.

Ways We May Work Together

Our sessions can include different approaches depending on your needs, preferences and whether we meet online or in person.

Intuitive Massage & Nurturing Touch

In Person

Optional, fully clothed hands-on work, guided by your comfort, preferences and consent, with space to pause or decline at any time.

A Little More About Touch

During in-person sessions, I may offer intuitive massage or nurturing touch when this feels appropriate and welcome.

For me, working with the body is not simply about relaxation. It is also an invitation to become more aware of ourselves: how we breathe, where we hold tension, how we respond to touch and what happens when we begin to feel more at ease.

Intuitive massage is offered fully clothed. My touch is attentive and responsive, usually gentle and nurturing, although I may sometimes use firmer pressure in areas of muscular tension when we have discussed and agreed upon it.

Nurturing touch offers a gentle, supportive experience of physical contact, with space to become more aware of your sensations, comfort and personal boundaries.

The intention is never to force an emotional release or push through resistance.

Touch is always optional. We discuss any hands-on practice beforehand, including where and how touch may take place, and proceed only with your explicit consent.

You are free to decline, pause or change your mind at any moment.

The Place of Faith

My Christian faith is the foundation of my life and the way I approach my work.

I believe in the presence and guidance of the Holy Spirit, and in the power of prayer to bring us closer to God.

When desired, our sessions may include prayer, Scripture, spiritual reflection or asking the Holy Spirit for guidance and healing.

At times, my personal prayer practice may also include speaking in tongues. This is something I would always discuss with you beforehand, so you can decide whether you feel comfortable including it in our time together.

Although my work is rooted in Christianity, you do not need to share my beliefs to be welcomed.

Your freedom, personal boundaries and spiritual journey will always be respected.

There is no expectation to participate in prayer or any spiritual practice, and no particular experience or outcome is promised.

An Invitation

Maybe you recognise yourself in these words, or simply feel curious about what might unfold when you give yourself time and space to explore.

You don’t need to know exactly where the journey will lead.

We can begin with where you are.
