Booking enquiry
This form sends an enquiry. It does not make a booking or take payment. I reply personally to confirm availability and arrange payment with you.
Privacy: Your name, email address and any message you choose to send are used to respond to your enquiry and arrange potential sessions. The form is processed through Netlify. Please avoid including sensitive health information in this public enquiry form. For privacy questions or requests about your data, email ratnadewithin@gmail.com. A full privacy notice will be provided before collecting intake information.
Booking: An enquiry does not confirm a booking or require payment. Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment. With shorter notice, the session will normally be charged or counted as used; exceptional circumstances can be discussed. If I cancel, we will reschedule or refund the affected session. For a mentoring journey, unused sessions may be refunded when we mutually agree after the first session that continuing is not appropriate. Choosing independently to stop does not automatically qualify for a voluntary refund. These arrangements do not limit statutory consumer rights, including any applicable withdrawal rights. Full terms will be provided before payment.
